SPROG CAMP 2004
The Theme for this years camp was Peasants vs Kelts (English vs Scots)
Peasant Kids - Matt, Becky, Robert, Joanne, Chloe, Mark, James, Michelle, Oliver
Kelt Dads - Magnus McBadger, Bruce McNineChins, Donald McCrapswing, Angus McFester, Hamish McHedgehog
THE BATTLE of ASHURST FOREST
Kids and dads were required to make shields for the Great Waterfight Battle, (Prize for the best kid shield)
The GREAT EGG CHALLENGE - The kids were set a challenge to design and build a contraption that can project a single RAW egg for the longest distance, without it breaking!
Our encampment expanded further with the addition of another 5 man tent and a dedicated KITCHEN gazebo for Mike, named "The OLD GIT'S KITCHEN".
We visited the pub dressed as Peasants and Kelts, John was pestered by a pesistant wasp which he eventually destroyed with a masterful smash declaring "You wee dirty little Bastard"
Gordon displayed his athletic prowess with a display of "Guiness" balancing.
We played games in the field and had a giant waterfight.
